Informers

Informers are pretty much just happy to be here. Their job is to exist and to have up-to-date content. They are necessary, usually for legal or administrative reasons, but offer limited value to most users and do little to support our metrics.

Most common examples: 

• Privacy Policy

• Terms of Service

• Sitemap (though this one supports our SEO)

• Error Pages (404, 503)

You will likely need each of these pages, and a few more, but don’t spend too much time on them and don’t try to reinvent the wheel of their design. 

Your visitors / customers will rarely see them.
